What makes us different?

Our dry rubs are produced using only the finest of spices.

Rather than use cane sugar, we have used coconut sugar which when used on a BBQ is less likely to burn, is lower on the glycemic index and has a deeper molasses taste that brings a new depth of flavour to our rubs.

We use some amazing chillis imported from Mexico. Ancho, Guajillo, Pasilla, Chipotle and our smoked salts and paprika have an amazing depth of aroma and flavour.

We supply our seasonings in hand-printed recyclable pouches in addition to our BBQ shakers which are designed to be kept and refilled.
