Three Chilli Sweet Rub (125g) “Award Winning” (MILD)
Our “Award Winning” Most versatile rub
From the outset, we were focused on smokey flavours bought by fantastic chilli peppers.
Our Three Chilli Sweet blend, Achieves a sweet yet deep molasses aroma from coconut sugar, coupled with a blend of three unique chilli’s (Ancho, Pasilla de Oaxaca and Guajillo) each bringing amazing rich flavours to your chosen cuts of meat.
Great Taste Awards gave us the following Comments:-
“A pungent, aromatic spice mix with quite a hefty dose of molasses. The balance of the spices is extremely harmonious, possibly a touch short on salt, with the deep, fruity notes of the chillis carried by the sweetness of the sugar and garlic bringing more depth. The chilli continues to develop in complexity as it lingers in the mouth, offering warmth, fruit and smoky notes, but never become overly aggressive. A really flavoursome rub.”
Ancho Chilli – Wrinkly-skinned ancho chillies are the most commonly used dried chilli in México with a fruity, earthy flavour.
Pasilla de Oaxaca – pasilla de Oaxaca chillies are preserved through smoke-drying and are highly prized for their complex smoky flavour.
Mulato Chilli – Related to the ancho chilli, Mulato chillies are wrinkly and have a deeper, more savoury flavour.
How to use –
This blend works wonders with fattier cuts of steak such as Rump and Sirloin but also brings unique smoky aromas and flavours to a wide variety of meats and vegetables.

Why not sprinkle it on root vegetables and then roast them in the oven
We even love it on cheese on toast!!
